Shipping policy

NOTE: Please allow up 1-2 weeks processing for made-to-order custom items

Standard Domestic Shipping

Orders within the U.S. usually take between 2-5 business days to be delivered. Parcels are shipped via USPS. Express shipping is available for most items at checkout and is shipped via USPS.

Worldwide Shipping

All orders are made and mailed from California, United States. International orders often take 2-4 weeks to arrive, however, they can occasionally take longer. If you have not received your order after a period of 8 weeks after the date of shipment, please contact morflingerie@gmail.com.

Standard international shipping to all countries outside of the U.S. is calculated at checkout.  

CUSTOMS/DUTIES FEES

Delivered at place (DAP), also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU): The seller (MORF) is only responsible for shipping the product, and the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. 

Please note: MORF is not responsible for items once shipped
