Refund policy

All MORF products are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. However, for custom made-to-order items, if you find an issue with the size/fit you can return the item within 30 days of receipt to be altered and sent back to you. Returned items are eligible for one round of modifications.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at morfspace@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
